Adam is a member of the Space team, supporting some of the biggest space sector companies in the world.
Adam’s career began at the tender age of 15 in retail, starting in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, later moving into luxury items, fashion and sportswear. Being something of a self-starter, Adam quickly worked his way up the ranks to manage teams ranging from 10 to 70 staff, collaborating with HR, recruitment, business intelligence, sales, customer service and merchandising in order to deliver the best results.
After 8 years in retail, Adam wanted to change his career path. He wanted to retain the human aspect that made his previous roles so enjoyable while utilising his strong sales background so recruitment was an obvious fit. Adam joined us in August 2019 as a member of the Aerospace and Defence team, recently specialising in the space sector.
In Adam’s spare time he is a keen runner, competing in local half marathons. He also spends time with family and friends and follows boxing, UFC and the NBA.
