Before Kirsty started working at KDC resource, she worked in a couple of roles, primarily in retail. Her most recent role being within the hospitality sector, working at a pub.
Kirsty got into recruitment after finding KDC on LinkedIn and researching more about the company and what we do. She took an interest and thought this would be a perfect opportunity to start her career.
As a part of the team, she enjoys learning about the aerospace industry and talking to multiple candidates a day, which she finds is the most fulfilling part, as she helps people find their perfect role.
Kirsty enjoys being outdoors and adventurous outside of work, exploring parts of the New Forest with her dogs and paddleboarding along the river with her friends.
