Working internally with Orbex (Forres, Scotland/ Copenhagen, Denmark) to help deliver on recruitment requirements across all departments after a very successful funding round and ramp up to their first launch.

During our time at Orbex, we built relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the company, interview hosting, onboarding, managing candidates on the ATS system and offer process.

Successfully placed 20 candidates across all departments across roles in Rocket Propulsion Design and Test, Flight Structures, Software Engineering and more.
