We began by understanding the clients need for a new CTO and then qualifying their specific requirements. After identifying over 200 potential matches, we went on to create a short list of 20 candidates of which we presented 5 to the client.
They went on to hire one of these candidates and have continued to use KDC to hire numerous other positions.
