Our focus is on building strong relationships and delivering real value to both our hiring managers and candidates. We’re now looking for a Recruitment Researcher to join our team and support us in finding the right people for the right roles.
 
The Role
As a Recruitment Researcher, you'll play a key part in the early stages of the recruitment process. You'll be responsible for identifying talent, mapping the market, and helping build solid candidate pipelines for a range of technical roles. This is a great role for someone who enjoys research, understands (or wants to understand) the engineering space, and is looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
 
What You'll Be Doing
  • Researching and identifying potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other tools
  • Building target lists and market maps for niche roles
  • Engaging with candidates to assess their suitability and interest
  • Supporting recruiters with shortlisting and outreach, booking screening calls
  • Keeping track of industry trends, company movements, and candidate availability
  • Keeping our CRM/ATS system clean and up to date
What We're Looking For
  • Some experience in admin-heavy research work or recruitment / resourcing
  • An interest in engineering or technical industries
  • ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and online search tools
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/ Excel/ Outlook/ Teams)
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude—someone who likes solving problems and working as part of a team
  • Understanding of AI and how to write prompts (desirable)
